She was given the power of unconditional love,
            My mother, my angel.
She was given the patience to correct our wrongs,
            My mother, my angel.
She was given the sight to see out person inside and out,
            My mother, my angel.
She was given extra large wings to shelter and protect us,
            My mother, my angel.
She was given the intelligence to share her helpful supporting guidance,
            My mother, my angel.
She was given the great gift of kindness,
            My mother, my angel.
She was given the strength to carry us through life,
            My mother, my angel.
God has graced us with a very special person,
            My mother, my angel.
